In addition to traditional land line (telephone) monitored alarm systems, Burgarello Alarm also provides the option of GSM (digital and wireless) monitoring and control of your system. Through the use of your smartphone you now have the capability to not only monitor the status of your alarm system, but you can also arm and disarm it remotely, receive real-time alerts regarding the status of your system, control the temperature setting of your thermostat, control your lighting and even view your video camera through your phone. Before an installation is concluded, Burgarello Alarm conducts an extensive hands-on use of the newly installed system for as many users as required. We guarantee system performance and warranty all products for a minimum of one year, oftentimes longer contingent upon the manufacturer’s extended warranty policies. For your technical needs, Burgarello Alarm has 24 – 7 On-Call technical support as well as technician assistance for on-site emergency repair 365 days a year.
